2000 Toyota Vitz Repair Question

Engine not turning
The engine started once after switch off is not turning , w remove the engine starter and we turn the pulley manualy and the engine does not complete full revolution

---If you can't turn the engine 720degs to complete the firing sequences-something is locking it up-Try removing all the sparkplugs and retry-
