Where is the leak from my radiator is coming from?

I have a leak that seems not to be coming from my radiator it self. It looks to be dripping from the bottom belt coming off of the engine. It seems to be leaking when the vehicle itself has been driven. I have to fill the radiator every time that I stop and let the engine cool off.

This sounds like a water pump leak. Water pumps have a "weep hole" that starts to leak once the seal in the water pump goes bad. It sounds like this might be what is happening here.
