need help on my 2000 toyota camry

Would you explain what problem is?

ok. i have a 2000 toyota camry and when you drive it and turn it off and then have to start it right back on it wont turn on but if you leave it for while it will turn on. so what would be wrong with that? 2nd question i have is when i push the gas the car skips but when you get it going its fine. so what would that be? we have already replaced the ERG valve and it worked fine for two days but now its messing up again. please help!!!

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-if okay -clean the IACV and the MAF sensor and see what happens

When you say "turn on" mean cranks but will not start? "skips" like a missfire or hesitation? also is check engine light on? When was last tune?

im actually doing this for a friend. when the car is sitting for while its turns on with no problem. but when you use the car turn it off and then turn it back on the car wont start meaning it will make noise but wont turn. when you have the car going and your stopped and then go when you press the gas it takes a second to get speed. i think it feels like it skipping a little bit when you push the gas but it doesnt kill the car. im sorry im doing the best i can dont know alot about cars.

check engine light is on but it is used and has not had a tune up within 6 months.

these are the only codes that came up the ERG valve-insufficient evack-insufficient and the evack crank-malfuntion. thats what it read. would the fuel pump leaking have anything to do with these issues?
