No start

2000 Subaru Outback Limited- Will not start, replaced the fuel pump (and strainer) and it is coming on but still no start. No codes listed when hooked to scanner.

Do you have spark at the plugs and injection pulse.

I had spark at the plugs but didn't check at injector pulse.

Ive got spark at the injector pulse, but no fuel pressure.

The fuel pump is coming on but still no fuel pressure? Any ideas on what I should check next...no codes in the computer but no start.

if you have no fuel flow at rail, undo filter check for flow before filter and if nothing it will be a pump or pick up issue.

I already replaced the Fuel pump. I unhooked the fuel filter inlet and outlet and hooked a fuel pressure gauge in between.I had no fuel pressure before replacing the fuel pump and no change after installing new pump.

Are you sure the new pump is working? is the pick up blocked?have you checked for a blocked fule ine?
