The power window on the passenger side goes down but not up. car is a . it's not the lock button. also, can't find blown fuse.
Checked mainfuse box and under dash on driver side.

Could be a regulator, a motor or a switch. You will have to remove the door panel and test for power and ground arriving at the motor
