Rear brake lights will not come on
2000 saturn sl1 have ck fuses,brake lights bulbs,both ck ok third brake light comes on but other ones will not.also ck turn signal,parking lights,running lights they ck okay.what could it be?

Check and test the turn and hazard switch bottom brake lites goes thru this switch

Just to add to this one the brake switch under your brake pedal has two outputs one goes to the third brake light and other to the left and right brake blubs.Do you have a test light to test the power outputd of the brake switch?

Also do you have a tow wiring hooked up to the car?Has it ever had two wiring in it?I have seen the diodes in the tow wiring fail and cause the brake lights to become inop.
