2000 Saturn Other Repair Question

Saturn LS2 I have no heat at idle.
Once I'm going down the road the heater works fine. It is just at an idle, no matter if engine is warm or cold.
Coolant level is good.
Engine temp seems normal.

I would check the heater core for being restricted/plugged.
