I need to get to this yellow piece that's in the blender door on driver side, so I need to know how to get to the heater box in 2000 saab aero

What is the issue u r having with your a/c /heater system, how did u come up with the yellow piece which would be the blend door shaft which sometime cracked & save u thousands by just buying the repair kit for like $28, so again what is the problem u r having.
