Why would the passenger side blow hot air? But the driver side is blowing cold air

u have a heater box problem on the p/s vent position motor arm & link cracked ,by the way did u calibrate the system first ,just press & hold at the same time the auto button & the off button to put acc unit in calibration mode.try that first ,report back after .

I am having the same problem with my 2001 9-5. I want heat not a/c it's blowing cold out drivers side hot on passanger side. It's 3 degrees out and I have both controllers set to Hi temp still no heat on drivers side Brrrrrrr
