2000 Renault Clio Repair Question

Help with central locking and steering wheel alignment
I have just bought a second hand clio and have 2 problems with it.
When I am driving straight forward my steering wheel points slightly to the right and not in the centre.
Also, on both of my key fobs the central locking button doesnt work. I have changed the battery but they still dont work.
Any help much appreciated! Thank you.

Get a wheel alignment to correct the steering problem, also have all steering & suspension items check for wear, do the fobs have batteries, are they flat?
