Clogged radiator, defective water pump, etc-Try replacing the thermostat and see what happens

Radiator plugged, radiator blocked, radiator cooling fins corroded away, thermostat stuck closed, low on coolant, loose water pump belt, broken water pump impeller, slipping fan clutch or dead electric fan motor, leaking head gasket. Which of those have you checked so far?
