2000 Pontiac Sunfire wont start

I dont hear fuel pump run. I can jump wire under relay then it comes on has power to relay with key on run

I tmay be the relay is bad or the connection in fuse box. Try bending prongs of relay outward just a tad and see if that makes it work. Also use dielectric grease

Used jumper wire while friend tried to start no good undid fuel supply line connected jumper plenty of fuel id might need to see if injectors are working
also put used pcm no change

Put the original pcm back in because the other isn't programmed to your car then try resetting antitheft unit see pic
