Pontiac Sunfire Tire Problem
My car bounces up and down on the front driver side of the car, but it is rhythmic not random. eventually the entire car will be rocking because of that one thing. can sort of feeling when moving over 40 mph, when braking the entire car shakes including steering wheel. when making a turn I can feel the right side resist and jerk in the direction i am steering. no obvious problems with the tire itself. was thinking belt broke, or suspension? Rotated tires and am still having the same issue. Shocks and struts are shot and my front driver inner tie rod needs replacing but don't have the money to do so. Any Ideas?

strut is the up and down, you know they are shot and this is a result.
the shaking brakes is the rotors are warped from overheating.
