I have a 2000 Pontiac Montana. I pulled out of my driveway today and found a piece of 1/4 in. diameter tubing in the form of a T. There is tube hanging down from the back of the van located 1 foot to the right of the driver's side rear tire. Can you tell me what it is and how to fix it..
