Pontiac Grand Am Vibration Problem

Around 67-70 MPH my car will have a very harsh vibration, will only happen when the car is between 2300-2500 rpm, right outer tie rod and right wheel bearing have been replaced. when above or below those speeds the vibration isn't there, also at those speeds with above or below rpms there is no vibration. Any ideas?

i do believe it is front end related. nothing from the engine or trans would cause this kind of vibration under such weird conditions, at least in my opinion, but any suggestion is going to be taken seriously, i need this fixed soon. im going to try to have wheels balanced and rotated to see if that helps
