It's happens sometimes. Radio just stop makes sound, like power off. And same with windows.
Yesterday it's quit work again, I gave up. When I come back from store. Radio and Windows were working. Seems like my car plays with me.

The thing about intermittent issues, you have to test when the problem is ongoing. So, check applicable fuses and circuit breaker, use a voltage tester, even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is dead.

The power windows receive ignition feed as does part of the radio. The circuit goes hot when you turn on the key. I can't say the ignition switch is faulty, it could be the wiring circuit to or from the ignition switch. You need to do some testing.

The same thing was going on with my 2000 pontiac firebird...drove me crazy! I found a solution on this website... http://www.camarozone.com/how-to-fix-intermittent-windows-radio-and-locks/
basically, it is a bad solder joint on the BCM and this website shows you how to fix it yourself. I was skeptical, but ended up fixing it myself! I am not a mechanic by any means, just a girl tryin to save some money. I had taken mine to several mechanics that couldn't figure it out! good luck!
