2000 Plymouth Neon, 4 cylinder, 180,000 miles. I have replaced Cam Sensor, Crank Sensor, Injectors, Spark wires, Coil, SparkPlugs, Front Axles and still after driving for 20 minutes the car starts to buck and jump as if missing. It throws an engine light of P1391. I am replacing the speed sensor tomorrow. No mechanic can tell me what is the problem. Engines idles and setting still at any RPM is smooth but under drive and after 20 minutes from cold start the problem begins. What can this be?

What about an ignition module? You can get them tested at auto store.

I guess the 1.6 uses the DIS ignition system. No module. The code indicates intermittent signal loss to PCM from cam/crk sensors. When bucking if you put in clutch and rev does it run fine?
