2000 Opel Astra Repair Question

Hi there i have a 1.8 16v cde and i just installed sound in my car and after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery the car wouldn't start ,when ignition is on certain dash icons don't appear eg the engin light or oil light etc , when i tur
•My key might be the problem ie contains a chip inside it
•the dash lights come on but not all the icons show
•when positive sound wire was connected to positive terminal battery sparked a little bit on positve side and relay was very close to the arch,
•when I turn the key all the way nothing happens ,no starter sound
