Car is locking in secound gear and releasing when i remove the selector housing
the car lock when try to go up my drive way there is a sprng loaded locking pin on the house which i suspect is hold the gear in place while divng but dosnt release when shit out of secound this is an intermitent problem

Is this a manual transmission?
