My speedometer doesn't work sometimes and the abs light comes on and it won't shift out of 2nd gear , i am stumped

Check and test the vehicle speed sensor and wheel speed sensor

the speed sensors have all been replaced could it have something to do with the ignition switch the electrical part?

Anything is possible but that is unlikely.

IF the sensors have been replaced, check to make sure there isn't a wiring problem. Check to see if all connections are tight and clean.

i have changed vall shift soleniods in transmission and vss , and the speedometer still won't work and abs light comes on
