Engine problem

Nissan serena losing power then dies. Starts fine after 2 cranks and runs for another few miles and then same thing again, wont take accelleration

There are a number of things that will cause this, but we need to focus on two things. First is a vacuum leak.

If the engine does not have a vacuum leak, then we need to move onto a fuel pressure issue.
