2000 Nissan Maxima Repair Question

Car doesn't idle correctly. Sounds rough.
My 2000 Nissan Maxima has issues when its cold, in the morning. It will not idle, wont stay started. sounds very rough. I have replaced the IAC and have checked the vaccuum hoses. Not sure what else to do. Also when I am at a stop, it will push against the brake like its trying to take off.
The engine light was on and the code read: P0174-Bank 2 system too lean. I repaired a hose and the engine light turned off.

Check the fast idle control device and test the throttle position sensor,throttle position switch-clean the mass airflow sensor-
