2000 Nissan 180SX Repair Question

2000 xterra jeep making noise at the back when driven and when turning the stering left and right
It occured 2 days after car wash,afternoon of the day when oiling the rust part. on taking it out the sound started like clicking sound=(keekee) at the back of the wheel where the sound was subpected.
