stalling when moving off in first gear

Standard SUV keeps stalling when moving off in first gear. In order to prevent this I have to Rev the gas. It also keeps running back during a hill start or stalling. I drive a Toyota pickup as well and I do not have this problem. Could be a worn clutch?

Its jumping out of second gear
i cannot hear when the clutch engages
During a hillstart even though I raise the clutch and press the gas it still runs back
When I further raise the clutch, it stalls unless I rev it alot
