I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport V6 3000 24 valve (engine size). The engine has low miles but does not work anymore. It was my brother who allowed the vehicle to set up with no use. I have made contact with an import specialist on a motor that has 120,000 miles on it. Would it be cost effective to purchase his motor or rebuild the one I have?
