I just had my car repaired at a local mechanic shop because it would not start nor try to turn over. They had to replace 2 of the fuses and repair the main feed wire to ignition switch. Now the wipers will not disengage, even after setting them to a different speed setting and turning the vehicle off then back on and flipping them to off. Also, the radio will not turn off when I turn the car off so I had to unplug it completely until I can figure out how to fix it.

I would take the car back to the shop and make them fix what they messed up. Mention a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and your state's Bureau of Automotive Repair.
