My 2000 Eclipse gt will crank but will not start.

My 2000 eclipse gt will crank but will not start when I put the key in the ignition everything turns on but the engine. I checked if I had a weak battery I even it took it to a mechanic and it turned out ok. I checked spark plugs and they also turned out okay. I have noticed however that my car does not want to turn on during cold days. What can I do to get this car running?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. Try resetting anti theft as well

Well if the car starts when warm then it's not your anti theft, and that should be covered in your handbook.
