Have you checked to see if there is power to the blower motor? Does the fan work on any speed?

the fan does not work at all. blower motor has been changed. would it be the switch?

I would recommend working backwards to locate where the power is lost. Usually the switch is fine. Problems usually are from the resister or the relay. Trace the power supply back from the motor to see where it is lost. My guess is the blower motor resister or relay.
