Fuel pressure regulator
Answer
Check pic, is this type same as your regulator? if so carefully un do the fuel lines and allow any fuel pressure to drop, if it has a vacuum line unplug and then you just unbolt from engine, fit up is reverse procedure, run engine and look for any fuel leaks, there are no re set procedures involved, but normally you would check the fuel pressure is back within specs.
REMOVAL
Release the fuel pressure.
Remove the upper intake manifold.
Disconnect the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator.
Disconnect the intake manifold runner control operating rod.
Remove the fuel pressure regulator.
Discard the O-rings seals.
Thanks to both.
Second images (Rasmataz) looks like it and shows the Torx tool I will need to get before starting.
