Don't have the CLK 230 model but a CLK 320-

Transmission Control Module In front passenger's footwell, under foot support

Not to engage gear from Park or won't move-What tranny code/s came up-if any we need the exact code/s-Have you check the fluid level and condition -filter could be clogged etc-
