My front electric windows are not responding correctly. They only move up a few mm at a time and only if I press the "up" window button repeatedly. They seem to go down without any issues. Both sides have the same problem (although drivers side is worse).

I had a flat battery yesterday (which has been recharged) but other than that no obvious reason for it.
