My signal lights, windshield wipers, and hazard lights aren't working. What could be the problem?

This car has a front electronic module that needs to be replaced if all the fuses are good, Here is a guide to help check the fuses and instructions in the diagrams below to show you the location and how to change out the module.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

Right turn signal not blinking in front or lighting up when lights turned on. Blinking on dash rapidly and rear flashing fine. Bulb and fuse good. Left side working as it should. Looks like problem may be in wiring when I took good headlight assembly from the left side and plugged into right side, blinker in that one didn't work either, all other lights in assembly working fine. Not sure if this car has a relay for each blinker or flasher is bad or even where these items would be located since there are 3 separate fuse boxes. Any help would be appreciated.

I would start by checking the fuses and if good replace the front module. It is under the plastic cover on the drivers side kick panel.
