I have checked out the thermostat and replaced the water outlet but my car still seems to be blowing cold air when I turn on the heater. I've been searching online and I only get that i should check the heater core or dual climate control valve on it. What do you suggest? Where are these parts located on my car? and where is the fuse box located inside my car?
