Lincoln LS 2000

What could be the reason my 2000 Lincoln LS is still running hot even after the thermostat and hoses have been changed?

Plugged radiator, blocked air flow, loose water pump belt, too much antifreeze / not enough water, low coolant level, leaking head gasket, inoperative fan.
