-WE HAVE A 200 LINCOLN AND LATELY WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM. WE WILL DRIVE FOR A WHILE AND THEN THE CAR WILL START JERKING AND EVENTUALLY STOP. AT FIRST WE THOUGHT WE HAD WATER IN THE GAS SO WE USED TREATMENT AND CHANGED THE FUE

thought we had water in the line but after trying gas additive nad changing the fur=el filter several times it is still doing it. What else could be the cause?

check your fuel pressure for being to low. 30-45 psi at idle
