2000 Land Rover Discovery 2 not accelerating

When my land rover first turns on(in the morning), the service engine soon light blinks, and will not allow me to accelerate it just kind of rolls. After a minute it will go back to normal. Sometimes it will do it ever time I turn it back on, most the time though its just when I first turn it on;waking up the beast I assumed, but its getting worse. I'm not sure if that has something to do with it having problems getting up hills, its barely making up small hills at 30;which is a problem on the interstate.I'm trying to figure out what these two things mean and how can they be fixed!

First thing I would do is get the computer (OB2) scanned. This will make it easier to help in the diagnosis. Most auto part stores will do this for free. When you get the codes, write them down and let me know what they are. There are many problems that could create this symptom and without speculating for hours let's try this out first and I'll be happy to help you out in finding the problem.

Thanks, look forward to your reply

Ok, so Im sorry it took me so long, I've been gone most the summer.
But I just got the codes, I'm not sure what you're wanting though. The guy gave me receipts with all the info, I'm just not sure what to write down. If you could tell me that part it'd be great.

Thanks if you're still willing to help me out!
