I jut baught this jeep off of my friend for and I have done most of the work on it myself so I thought I knew it insode and out. Come to fine out I was wrong I just got back from a 8 hour drive round trip and the jeep maade it fine. But after I got back I went into a place to eat and came out and ended up driving the golf cart back hahaha (good thing I was close).

When I try to start it my lights turn on and all my electrixal works and the first 3 times it wanted to crank but died out but after that everytime I try starting it it makes a really fast clicking sound and leaves off and horrible smell under the hood. Any ideas what that could be?

The clicking sound is usually an indicator that the battery is too weak to crank the engine. The smell, on the other hand, could be a few things. First, make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight and let me know what you find.
