I've changed the waterpump and the thermostat, recovery cap my jag is still running hot plus I don't have heat can you please help me?

If the coolant level is ok nd no air, you most likely have blown a head gasket from the overheating. Make sure they replace the radiator as well as that is a common reason for the head gasket failure
