2000 Hyundai Atos Repair Question

Hyundai Atos Sensor Problem
After do top overhaul..engine wont start,there no fire...already change crank sensor n cam sensor..fuse box n computer already check but there no problem..its because of wiring problem?

Check wireharness for incomplete plugging in, ground circuit not tightened correctly.
