Honda Accord Sensor Problem
Changed the batter and the speedometer stopped working and a rubber thing grew out and ans is blocking the arm from moving so I cant see how fast I am going know.

Your speed sensor may be broken. Could you post up pictures of the "rubber thing"? I am not catching the scope of your issue (other then you cannot tell how fast you are going).
