Belt problem

I had a rebuilt trans put in my car about 6 months ago. Sometimes when I'm driving now and I let off the gas there is a loud winding noise sounds like rubber rubbing against something. When the noise happens, my car****** a little bit and the RPMs drop quicker than usual. It sounds like a belt just not sure what belt would cause this.

Check the drive belts and their driven components. Check the bet adjustment and idler pulley bearings.
