2000 Holden Vectra Repair Question

Holden Vectra Coolant Problem
Hi,
I do have 2 problems with my Holden Vectra.
The first one is the temperature gauge is arriving to the 100 degree most of the time ,which i changed the sensor recently.
second one when each time when I turned off the car the fan making the weird noise.

Is the car actually over heating or loosing coolant?
