Overheating/water loss

Holden rodeo 2000 4cyl petrol,overheating,losing water,no leaks anywhere to be seen,when idling water sits at good level,when reved water pushes and bubbles out of cap filler(no cap on)when finished driving steam is being pushed into overflow bottle,notices light blue/grey smoke from exhaust and engine miss,I am stumped

Head gasket by what you describe, a head check will confirm this, this is a simple chemical test that all mechanics can do.
