Holden Rodeo Choke Problem
Got a problem car wont idle or rev up sounds and smells like choke pulled out have got good spark good fuel pressure injection phasing low fuel flow through return line and on scan tool 16.4m/s injection time at idle and w.o.t 6.3m/s

Sounds like a faulty idle control motor get this checked out first.
