2000 GMC Yukon Starting problem

I put a new starter cause it would not start it was good for a day now the same problem again

The first thing I would do is remove all the battery cables and wire brush the connectors and remove any corrosion found at any of the connections. The side post battery cables are prone to that and difficult to clean properly.
