GMC Sierra Engine Problem

I had my truck scanned for a check engine and the code reads "p1441-Evap system Flow During non-Purge" i was wondering if this was a common code ad what the possibilities to fix it were.

I also have a ticking noise that is coming from the drivers side of the engine and was wonding if that was a vacuum leak, would it cause this code?

it is evap code. you need a scan tool. smoke machine and voltmeter to determine the failure. the scan tool can activate the solenoids to make sure they are being commanded correctly and they are working.
