Brake issue

I've replaced the master cylinder, pads, rotors, on a 2000 Suzuki Swift...the brakes work when warmed up. but after sitting for a few hours, when you take off, you have to really press down hard to get them to stop. Check all vacuum lines and they work fine. Any ideas?
