Car will turn over but not start. It does not seem to be getting fire but when it wants to. We have tried replaceing the fuel pump, coil pack have checked the relays and fuses. We also put a scaner on it and there are no codes and the engine light is not on. Really need help with this and if by some chance we do get it started it runs fine.

USE A TEST LIGHT TO CHECK FOR VOLTAGE TO PLUGS AS U TURN THE ENGINE OVER. TRY STARTING FLUID. SPRAY IT. DOES IT START THEN?"
