I just replaced the upper radiator hose because there was a massive hole burned into it from who knows what. After that, the car overheats easily and the AC is blowing warm. Today, after turning the car off, there was a loud gurgling/bubbling/hissing noise and a leak from the head gasket area. To the left of where you put oil in. It was leaning a murky, slightly dark antifreeze. Almost as if a bit of oil had gotten in there. What's going on?

Do me a favor. With the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does the coolant shoot out?

No, it does not shoot out. The coolant level is still good and hasn't dropped.
