Does it cost a lot to repair the lpg gauge in the ute, it doesnt say if it is full or empty

It would depend on what needs to be replaced/repaired and cost would depend on where you are located. For a faulty gauge itself, I would put it at around $100 but it is best to get local quotes for an accurate pricing.

This is proberbly a faulty tank unit, you will need a specialist LPG repairer to inspect, under no circumstances touch this your self.
